For my one day profile story I have decided to follow Josh Ryan, who is an assistant brew master at Broadway Brewery. He said its a long process but the day he does most of the work is on Tuesdays. So we set up a time to meet next Tuesday at 8 a.m. and I will spend the day with him. I think this will be a very visual process and offer an opportunity for a variety of viewpoints.
Unfortunately he was not able to meet with me so I was not able to get a portrait of him for the proposal. I'm excited to meet with him and think it'll make for a great photo story!
